Delivery Information
Our delivery is integral to our business and nearly as important
as the products themselves ( I said nearly!) . We want your order
to arrive in perfect condition and on time, so we use professional
couriers.
We endeavour to deliver within three working days. If for any
reason we can't we'll contact you to let you know why and give you
a delivery date.
We deliver Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm.
You can search the options above to price your delivery. We use
the best national couriers with proven records of delivery. We track
all deliveries electronically so we always know where they are.
If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UK to a country
not listed in our tariffs above contact us and we will give you
a quote.
We know that sometimes you need something quickly, or want something
to arrive on a specific day or date. Just let us know when you place
your order by putting the details in the message/delivery instruction
box. If for any reason we can't do what you ask we'll
tell you straight away. Saturday deliveries are possible but at
a higher cost.
We want someone to sign for your precious goodies - we'll
never leave them out in the rain, or under the neighbour's
car. But we know you may be at work during those hours, so we are
happy to deliver to you there, or to a neighbour or friend if they
will be in. Just give us the details when you order, in the 'delivery
instructions' section.
If for any reason we can't deliver, our carrier will leave
you a number to call to arrange a more convenient time. And it won't
cost you any extra, unlike most other couriers.
Our wine comes in double strength boxes to give them maximum protection.
