Tastings Instore

Pay a trip to our stores in Earlsfield and Clapham on a Saturday and we will always have something interesting (and probably rather good) open to sample.





Demystifying Wine – This is our 6 week introductory wine course. We have been running these courses in Earlsfield for 3 years now and their popularity is still growing. Most courses sell out the day the dates are announced. Private Tastings – We can provide a wide variety of tastings for corporate clients, sportsclubs, wine clubs or groups of like minded friends. These can take place at our stores or at another venue. For more information and a quote email us at sales@winesoftheworld.co.uk.

Australian Wine Tasting – Monday 19th May 2008 6.30pm – 9.30pm at Earlsfield Library

This promises to be an amazing tasting. We’ve managed to persuade 5 top Aussie winemakers to come to Earlsfield and show us their wares. It will be set up as a mini wine fair with each winemaker and their wines on separate tables. As usual it will be informal so you can make your way round tasting the wines you want.

The wines on show range in price from £8.99 to £239.99 per bottle. There will be special prices available for orders taken on the night.

So whether you just want to taste World class wines and perhaps just buy a bottle of your favourite, or are thinking of buying a case or two to lay down this is a tasting not to be missed.

When : Monday 19th May 6.30pm – 9.30pm. Last admittance 8.30pm. (Monday night was the only night I could get them together!)

Where : The Fitzjohn Room, Earlsfield Library, Magdalen Road, Earlsfield SW18

How Much: £20 per head in advance. Tickets will not be for sale on the door.
