An outstanding selection of wines that we feel represents the perfect choice for a dinner party.
We kick off with a fine champagne from Jacques Chaput whose family have been wine growers for eight generations. The Chablis from Louis Robin is crisp with ripe stone fruits and a lovely minerality throughout. Chateau Breuil is from the Fronsac appellation West of Saint Emillion, It is Merlot based and has luscious red fruit with hints of vanilla. Yume is a lovely Montepulciano d’Abruzzo rich with cherry fruit balanced with ripe tannins. The sweet Jurançon from Domaine des Souches is an outstanding wine. Sweet with good intensity but with exceptional balance and is ideal with pudding, blue cheeses or even fois gras at the beginning of a meal.
