A selection of wines from the New World chosen purely for their moreishness.
The Dog Point is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon with lively gooseberry and passion fruit flavours. Cline Viognier from California is fresh and fat with really focussed peachy apricot flavours and citrus floral notes. From Stellenbosch the Summer House is a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that has benefited from technical input from the team at Cheval Blanc and is drinking really well. Boxhead is a classic Barossa blend with a lovely smooth fruitiness that just begs another glass!
