Blend Blend of 45 % Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55 % Premier Cru Pinot Noir of which 18 % vinified as red.
This is a glorious pale salmon coloured rosé. The nose shows notes of red berries and biscuit. The palate is complex and dry with a very satisfying length of finish. Very elegant and we think considerably better value than some more famous efforts!
